PET SITTING SERVICES AND RATES

Initial Booking Consultation
          (30-90 minutes) FREE

During this first visit, I complete the necessary paperwork, estimate the services you require, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home—while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

Value Visit
          (20–45 minutes, maximum) $20*

Most pet-sitting services fall under this category. Great for multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require 2–4 value visits per day. Cats do very well with just 1 visit per day, unless special medications or other care are required.

Brief Visit
          (10–20 minutes, maximum) $16*

This is a very brief visit, it can be used as a quick potty break, litter box cleaning, or even a second feeding, or a third feeding. Please note that you may select only one activity per visit.

Drop-in Visit
          (5 minutes maximum) $12*

A short drop-in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn sprinkler system off, close windows, disconnect outdoor hoses, do a quick security check, adjust thermostat, etc. Please note that you may select only one activity per visit.

Hourly Care
          (50–60 minutes, maximum) $25

Choose 1 hour increments of care. Best for families with multiple of pets; extended play time for young dogs, cats, plus puppies and kittens; pets with special needs; and long walks for dogs. Also, for hobby ranches, ranch animals, and exotics. This package can include garden watering, wildlife feeding, filling bird feeders, and making and refilling nectar for hummingbird feeders.

*All pet sitting services described on the SecurePet services list are subject to adjustment. While I have included a number of different packages intended to suit your needs, each situation is different. Never Any Extra Charges for Mulitple Pets!

SecurePet will help you determine the most economical and practical package that will provide adequate time to provide the services requested.

If your pet or home needs more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Mail pick-up, security check, watering indoor plants and other basic tasks are included in the base price. More difficult tasks are $7–$10 extra, per 15 minutes.

SecurePet will be happy to pick up your brand of dog food, cat food, cat litter, etc. if your supplies run out while you are away. There is a flat rate charge of $9 for this service, plus the cost of the supplies.

SecurePet Specials and Incentives

		For a limited time only, get $5 off your first pet sitting service. A minimum of five regular value or hourly visits are required to qualify.

		Every pet sitting referral that you make who books service with SecurePet (paid service) earns a $10 credit to your account.

Please note that specials may not be combined.

Important Terms

Refund and Cancellation Policy

For first time clients, payment is due before service starts. Payment is also due in advance for all holiday reservations.

The SecurePet Holiday schedule includes Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

A separate signed and completed Service Request is also due for each pet sitting service, before each service starts.

Holiday: Payment in full is charged (no refunds).

0–48 Hrs: Payment in full is charged (no refunds).

2–7 Days: 20% of Service total is due (80% refund).

8+ Days: No charge, refund in full.

The days shown in red detail the amount of advance notice given to SecurePet when you make your pet sitting service cancellation.
