Initial Booking Consultation

The initial consultation is a special time for both of us because I meet with you and your pets. Here, you discuss your pets' needs and your expectations of the service required. I also answer any questions that you might have and review all the services SecurePet provides as a pet sitter.

At this time, paperwork is filled out while you provide me with detailed clear instructions about the care of each pet in your home. At the end of this visit, you receive a complete service request estimate, along with a "Welcome to SecurePet" folder, containing important information about SecurePet (including references) and rate sheet.
Value Visit 
          (30–45 minutes, maximum) $22*

This budget-minded visit covers most multiple pet homes with under 6 pets. It includes supervised feedings, walks, and play. There is no additional charge for administering medications. Dogs do well with 2–3 visits per day (depending on their age). Cats are usually fine with an every-other-day visit. This visit includes mail pick up, trash bin taken to the curb and returned, newspaper retrieval, rotation of lights and drapes, interior plant watering, and patio plant watering.

Drop-by Visit
          (5–10 minutes, maximum) $14*

A short drop-by to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn sprinkler system off, close windows, disconnect outdoor hoses, do a quick security check, adjust thermostat, etc. Please note that you may select only one activity per visit.
Hourly Care
          (50–60 minutes, maximum) $27

This is the most economical approach to large pet families (over 6 pets), equine care, exotics, and ranch animals. It also works well for young dogs and kittens since it provides them with additional play time. This package includes everything the value visit includes PLUS garden watering, wildlife feeding, refilling bird feeders, and making and refilling nectar for hummingbird feeders.

Additional Services

Dog Walking
         (up to two dogs) $18* plus travel fee

This is a 40 minute visit with your dogs that will allow them an approximate walk time of 25 minutes.
Off-Leash Play and Exercise
         (up to two dogs) $27* plus travel fee

If you have high energy dogs who need a good run, then this is your package! Your pooches will receive 45 minutes of off-leash play in a secure, 35-acre area. Supervised at all times, they will get a chance to "hike," play ball or frisbee, and just plain run! Price does not include pick up and delivery charges.

House Sitting
         (no pets) $18* plus travel fee

If you are leaving town and you would like someone to water your interior & patio plants, pick up mail and newspapers, take the trash bin to the curb and back, rotate drapes and lights, provide a security check, and give your place a "somebody is home" look, then this package is tailored for you.

Includes the feeding of indoor/outdoor fish, refilling wild bird & hummingbird feeders, and bird baths. It does not include feeding of outdoor (or feral) cats, deer, raccoons, squirrels, or fox.
